Challenge
The logistics team relied on a shared inbox and spreadsheets to manage inbound shipping requests. Response ownership was unclear, follow-ups were inconsistent, and high-intent conversations were regularly missed during peak volume.
Solution
We built an AI-assisted routing layer that triages inbound requests by urgency and type, assigns ownership automatically, and triggers follow-up reminders at configurable intervals. The system integrates with their existing inbox and project management tools.
